The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.221 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he along with two other persons open fire, caused injuries to the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the incident took place on account of land dispute. Both the parties have compromised the matter. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.04.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul, in connection with Raghopur P.S.
