This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the Circle Officer, Paharpur, Motihari (Respondent No. 4) to pass appropriate order/convey report to Deputy Collector Land Reforms Motihari who vide order dated 22.08.2019 has directed respondent No. 4 to provide details of land in question which is running in the name of the petitioner as Basgit land by virtue of deed.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Circle Officer, Paharpur, Motihari (Respondent No. 4) with all the necessary

Patna High Court CWJC No.8790 of 2023(2) dt.02-12-2023 2/2 documents in his support within a period of six weeks from today.

4. In the event such representation is filed within the stipulated time frame, Respondent No. 4 is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

5. It goes without saying that if any question of limitation arises before the competent authority, the same shall be considered taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner was pursuing the issue before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

6. With the above observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
