The petitioner seeks bail in Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 42/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that on getting secret information that some persons have assembled for committing crime, police party reached at the place of occurrence and arrested four persons including this petitioner. On search, the police recovered one handle of hand-pipe from possession of petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2019 having clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur, in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 42/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
