1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to shift the date of appointment of the petitioner to an earlier date i.e. w.e.f. 20-8-2019 from which date other similarly situated candidates were appointed on the post of A. N. M. in the same transaction.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to give the petitioner all consequential benefits after shifting the date of appointment and posting the petitioner on the post of the A. N. M. to an earlier date i.e. w.e.f. 20-8-2019 from

Patna High Court CWJC No.9196 of 2023(2) dt.05-02-2024 2/2 which date other candidates have been appointed in the same transaction."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director in Chief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the Director in Chief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
