JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Petitioner has been in custody since 16.06.2014. Cognizance is also being taken against him but the trial is not proceeding and things are stand still. Another co-accused has also been enlarged on bail by a Bench of this Court. Keeping the above facts into mind, let petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, one of the surety will be executed by the father of the petitioner after verifying his authenticity and identity as well as the other by the wife of the petitioner, namely, Urmila Devi whose identity and relationship should also be verified, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.79 of 2014.
