2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for issuance of an appropriate writ order or directions for commanding the respondents to correct and made entry the name of Gandhi Shant Pratishthan of which petitioner is Co-Secretary and thereafter mutate the same in favour of the Sanstha, vide order passed by Ld. Sub-Judge-VI, Bhagalpur vide order dated 8.4.2009 in T.S.

No. 133/2004, but Circle Officer, Jagdishpur rejected the mutation application dated on

Patna High Court CWJC No.9309 of 2025(2) dt.19-06-2025 2/2 8.09.2023 and thereafter Ld. D.C.L.R., Sadar, Bhagalpur also is Mutation Appeal No. 404/2023-2024 rejected the claim made by the petitioner vide order dated 6.02.2025 while the land in question got through registered Gift deed having possession for last 50 years and/or for any other order/ orders as your Lordships may deem fit and proper under the circumstance of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be availing the opportunity of appealing before the appropriate authority against the order passed by the learned DCLR, Sadar, Bhagalpur dated 06.02.2025 (Annexure-P/7 to the petition).

4. Granting said liberty and directing the authority to dispose of the matter in accordance with law after hearing all the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Vijay Singh/- U
