Patna High Court CWJC No.9113 of 2023(4) dt.11-01-2024 2/2 petitioner submitted that main grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, however, he is still aggrieved by the action of the Bank, which has proceeded to raise interest on account of delay in depositing the fixed target of custom milled rice, which was required to be supplied by the millers.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
