ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is renewing his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No.156 of 2011 on the premise that subsequent to the passing of the order dated 06.10.2015 in Cr.Misc. No.19142 of 2015, the transporter, whose Truck Driver and Khalasi were found murdered, has since been extended the privilege of bail.

In my opinion, a second anticipatory bail on such ground is not maintainable and for the said reason, the prayer for bail is declined once again. Moreover, it appears that the petitioner has remained absconding between the year 2015 and 2019, which is also not a further ground for grant of bail. It is, accordingly, rejected.
