The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The informant alleged that two unknown persons snatched Rs. 25,000/- and his mobile set. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Arvind Paswan. The petitioner was not put on T. I. parade. No looted article is recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in jail since 06.05.2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 366/15.
