2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 306 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the FIR, it appears that the deceased has committed suicide. The petitioner is alleged to be the boyfriend of the wife of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 07.03.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38703 of 2024(4) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge-XIII-cum ACJM-13/ concerned Court in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
