During course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to make necessary application in the Court of jurisdictional Magistrate seeking cancellation of bail of the accused persons, who have been, according to the petitioner, threatening and intimidating him to withdraw the First Information Report, which gave rise to the case aforementioned.

No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the petitioner.
