The petitioner seeks bail in Madhepur P.S. Case no. 191/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 8 of POCSO Act. The petitioner is alleged to have untied the pant of minor daughter of the informant but on alarm, he fled away.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 21.04.2015, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO Act, Madhubani, in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case no. 191/2014.
