2. This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs :

(i) for direction/directions, order/orders to the respondents to modify the order issued under the signature of Deputy Secretary of the Bihar Government, rural Works Department, by office Order No. 8/31.9.-30.2014-14 Patna dated 31.01.2014, by which the service of the petitioner and others regularized and made permanent from

Patna High Court CWJC No.3399 of 2018(3) dt.19-09-2023 2/3 the date of order, in place of his entitlement as like the juniors and similarly situated employees regularize by respondents from 18.03.1996.

(ii) for issuance of direction/directions to the respondents qualifying service as the service rendered by him from the date of entitlement till to be date of retirement. For direction/directions to the respondents to pay the all rest amount of retiral dues as per the fixation of service rendered by department from the him in date the his entitlement as well as re-fixation of pension;

(iv) for issuance of direction/directions to the respondents to declare the service of the petitioner regular and permanent from the date his entitlement as like the similarly situated employees given from 18.03.1996;

(v) for issuance of direction/directions respondents to consequential befits to the petitioner as like the other similarly situated to the give all the employee in the department;

(vi) for issuance of direction/directions to the respondents to treat the case of the petitioner as like the similarly situated junior employees who have been made permanent by the respondents from 18.03.1996.

3. The petitioner wants shifting of his date of regularization from 2014 to 1996.

4. No such averment in the petition in support of his

Patna High Court CWJC No.3399 of 2018(3) dt.19-09-2023 3/3 claim.

5. The petition is fit to be rejected. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be given liberty as and when required to approach the authority.

6. This Court do not want to give any opinion in the matter. It is for the petitioner to decide his course of action.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
