It would appear from the impugned order that one coaccused Samsul disclosed the name of the petitioner and except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

However, it is informed that co-accused Nagendra Ram @ Jaylal Ram has already been granted privilege of bail and case of the petitioner is almost similar to that co-accused. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari in Pakarideval P.S. Case no.
