In view of the fact that an identical matter came up for consideration before a Bench of this Court in CWJC No.6424 of 2014 and the writ petition was dismissed by the order dated 08.05.2014 (Annexure-D to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos.1&2) for the reasons recorded in that order, which squarely covers the case of the petitioner also, this Court is not inclined to accede to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ petition.

Consequently, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
