Petitioner being husband of the complainant is languishing in jail custody since 22.07.2015 in a complaint case in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

Taking note of period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as this aspect of the matter that no specific overt-act has been attributed against him, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
