This application has been filed for modification of order dated 14.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20435 of 2021 for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted bail by order dated 14.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20435 of 2021, but petitioner could not be released on bail, as in the original bail petition in address portion of petitioner, due to typing mistake father's name of petitioner is typed as 'Kusheshwar Ray' in place of 'Kameshwar Ray'.

Let the same be corrected and read as 'Kameshwar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44502 of 2021(3) dt.01-09-2021 2/2 Ray' in place of 'Kusheshwar Ray'.

In view of the aforesaid fact, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to furnish the bail bond in the court below.

This modification application is accordingly, allowed and order dated 14.07.2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
