The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the U.A.P. Act.

From the possession of the petitioner some Naxal literatures and Mahila Mukti Sangh book were recovered. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 16.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Jamui in UAP case no. 86/2015 arising out of Jhajha P.S. Case No. 123/15.
