1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case no.82 of 2024 registered under sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that the accused persons including the petitioner started to assault the informant's son at the college gate when the examination for B.Sc. was going on. It is further stated that the petitioner assaulted with a sharp object causing injuries on the stomach and chest of the son of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Even as per the allegations in the F.I.R., the dispute arose out of a trivial

Referring to the copy of the injury report brought on record as Annexure-P/2 to the petition, it is submitted that the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. The petitioner, who has no criminal antecedent, is in custody since 20.3.2024.
5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R., the injuries having been found to be simple in nature together with the petitioner having remained in custody since 20.3.2024 and not having any criminal antecedent, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case no.82 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
