Petitioner seeks bail in Ara Town P.S. Case No.379 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 401, 414, 467, 468, 471 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that during vehicle checking police got information that two persons were coming on passion motorcycle which was without number. On seeing the police, they started running and trying to flee away. Petitioner was caught while another person managed to run away. It is alleged that petitioner confessed that motorcycle is stolen one.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion. There is no case with regard

Petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.379 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
