The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397, 412 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The case relates to highway dacoity of scorpio vehicle but the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Bhola Kumar. Save and except the confession of co-accused the police did not collect any further tangible evidence. The petitioner is in jail since 09.02.2015, but he has not been put on test identification parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
