Counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner is pending at the level of the Registrar, B. N. Mandal University, Madhepura since 09.08.2011. In view of the fact that the husband of the petitioner died on 09.06.1998 and the matter with regard to payment of arrears of salary is pending since 09.08.2011, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, B. N. Mandal University, Madhepura to examine the claim of the petitioner and if it is found that the claim of the petitioner is genuine, appropriate order with regard to the payment may be made by the University

Patna High Court CWJC No.18770 of 2016 (2) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and ensure payment of the same within a further period of one month.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
