2. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. Considering the serious nature of allegation and the materials which have surfaced in course of investigation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on pre-arrest bail.

4. The petitioners may surrender before the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34333 of 2025(3) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 District Court and seek regular bail.

5. The bail application stands disposed of.
