Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr Misc No. 78510 of 2025 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 16-2-2026 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. It is next submitted that charges against the petitioner stands framed by an order dated 30-4-2026 (Annxure-3). 4.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bakhityarpur P.S. Case No. 285 of 2019.

It is made clear that if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Sumit/- U T
