The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is not named in the FIR.

It has been submitted that the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Ramesh Yadav. Save and except the confessional statement of coaccused no other material is collected. The petitioner is in jail since 12.05.2015, but he has not been put on test identification parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42572 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 119 of 2012.
