Similar issue was considered by a Co-ordinate Bench and on consideration of various aspects of the writ application, the Co-ordinate Bench has dismissed the case. In order to maintain consistency, uniformity, the Court is not inclined to take different view.

In view of the above, the present writ application is dismissed in the light of the decision in C.W.J.C. No.1504 of 2018 vide order dated 19.07.2019.
