JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made katta and seven live cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 31.05.2015. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and, therefore, it is needless to keep the petitioner in jail custody during course of the trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
