The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 270/272 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

120 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from auto rickshaw. The driver of the auto rickshaw disclosed the name of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 23.07.2015. Petitioner is already remained in jail for more than 1 1⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Sabebganj P.S.
