The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 269, 270, 432, 405/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/40 (i) of the Mines Act.
It is alleged that the petitioners dug the earth on his land without permission of the authority. When the informant, who happens to be the Circle Officer, asked about the permission, if any, taken from any authority for digging the land, the petitioners failed to produce any paper. Due to digging of the land, the informant expected untowards accident. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that only on suspicion accusation has been levelled
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6850 of 2014 (5) dt.02-02-2015 against the petitioners. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitions have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S.
