It is evident from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of co-accused there is nothing against this petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 30/15.
