The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Koilwer P.S. Case No.217 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 406, 427, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code on the basis of Complaint Case No.2068C of 2017.

The informant alleged that Md. Nasim Ansari took loan of Rs.80,000/- from him and prepared a bond but when the informant asked him to return the money, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant and refused to return the money. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not borrowed any money from the informant. All the allegations are false and concocted. No chit of paper is filed with the F.I.R. to show that the petitioner ever borrowed money

Having considered the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Koilwer P.S. Case No.217 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
