2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38460 of 2025(4) dt.15-11-2025 2/3 registered for the offence under Sections 8(b), 18, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to be involved in illegal cultivation of opium plants on large scale over the forest land and on the statement of villagers, name of petitioners surfaced.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. He further submits that neither the petitioners were involved in illegal cultivation of opium plants nor were present at the place of occurrence. The land in question does not belong to these petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 05.08.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 40706 of 2024 and order dated 27.09.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 59289 of 2024. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
