ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 10-03-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 22.06.2015 in Maintenance Case No. 19M/2014 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Khagaria.

Considering that the impugned order is one granting interim maintenance, I am not inclined to interfere with the same. Hence the application is rejected.

The court below is directed to conclude the proceedings positively, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party.
