2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 27.03.2017 passed by the Deputy Development Commissioner, Bjohpur, Arrah as contianed in Memo no. 380 dated 27.03.2017 (Annexure-10)

3. Counsel for the respondent raised preliminary objection and submits that there is provision of challenging the said order before the Appellate Authority who is the Collector.

4. From the pleadings, it transpires that the matter is pending before the Collector. (Annexure-11)

5. In this background, let the District Magistrate-cumDistrict Coordinate Officer, Bhagalpur Aarah is directed to pass reasoned and speaking order on the appeal filed by the petitioner within 90 days from the date of production/receipt of the order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed off.
