2. A supplementary counter affidavit filed by Respondent No. 5 and the written statement filed by the petitioner has been annexed as Annexure R/1.

3. In the written statement the petitioner has made a declaration as under :

"6 : That there is relationship of employer & employee in between the O.P. and alleged employees of the alleged date, time & places of working. This Opp.party has not violated the Minimum Wages Act. So the present case is not come under the purview of M.W.Act and on the basis it is fit case for the dismissal."

4. Having regard to the same the Court does not find any merit in the Writ Petition, which warrants any interference by this Court.
