The petitioner seeks bail in Lauriya P.S. Case no. 119/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased stated that his daughter Rekha Devi was married to Diwakar Sharma, Son of Dinesh Sharma. His daughter gave birth a child in the year 2014. The petitioner is grand father-in-law of the deceased. No allegation is made against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the informant, however, opposed the prayer for bail but from perusal of the FIR itself appears that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner, grand father-inlaw of the deceased.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41766 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah (West Champaran), in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 119/2015.
