The petitioner seeks bail in Dhaka P.S. Case no. 103/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 of the Excise Act. 55 litres of country made liquor and 25 kg urea were recovered from a field. The petitioner is alleged to have indulged in preparation of country made liquor. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 21.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41314 of 2015 (2) dt.10-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna (East Champaran), in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case no. 103/2014.
