The prayer is for commanding and directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner (empanelled candidates) on the vacant sanctioned Gr. D. Posts, in Collectorate, Jamui and other government offices at Jamui district as about 100 number of Gr. D Posts are still vacant Panel has been prepared pursuant to Appointment information published by the District Magistrate, Jamui on 19.10.2012 vide Memo No. 490/Estb as also any other relief(s) for which the petitioner is found entitled in the eye of law.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3048 of 2018(3) dt.19-09-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recently an order has been passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12988 of 2015 and in the light of the said order, he may be given liberty to represent the concerned respondents.
