Petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No.473 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 498-A, 406 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the Complainant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, who is in custody since 08.01.2019. Petitioner is always ready to keep the informant with full dignity and honour.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.37671 of 2019(2) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Complaint Case No.473-C of 2015, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
