Pursuant to the last order, Mr. Ashish Giri appearing for the BISCOMAUN submits that a show-cause on behalf of the Managing Director has been filed and has taken this Court to paragraph-4 of the said show-cause to show that the group insurance amount, EPF and gratuity were already paid in 2017. So far as the leave salary of Rs.1,32,555./- is concerned, a cheque issued by the Indian Bank vide Cheque No.259870 is being handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner who
