Pursuant to the last order, Mr. Ashish Giri appearing for the BISCOMAUN submits that a show-cause on behalf of the Managing Director has been filed and has taken this Court to paragraph-4 of the said show-cause to show that the group insurance amount, EPF and gratuity were already paid in 2017.
