The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2022 in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 26 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

There is recovery of 71.320 litres of country made liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.04.2022, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Court No. 1, Gopalganj, in connection Hathua P.S. Case No. 26 of 2020.
