Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has been punished by the order of District Education Officer by way of withholding one increment and the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the Director, Secondary Education, this Court would direct the appellate authority to ensure that the appeal of the petitioner is disposed of within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
