This application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of direction to the respondents for proper investigation of Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016 and to take coercive measure against the accused persons of the aforesaid case.

From the counter affidavit of the State, it appears that investigation is going on properly and process of attachment of property against the named and absconding accused has already been executed and investigation is pending on the representation of wife of one of the accused. Otherwise investigation is complete, as submitted by the learned counsel for the State. In the circumstances, after hearing the parties, two months time is allowed to the State authorities to

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1189 of 2016 (3) dt.01-03-2017 2/2 submit report under Section 173 of the Criminal Procedure Code in the aforesaid police station case. With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed off.
