The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.12.2018 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner was caught redhanded while committing theft of a buffalo belonging to one Bhola Mandal.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been roped in the present case only on the basis of suspicion. It is further submitted that apart from the present case, the petitioner is also accused in two other cases and the investigation has already been concluded. Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner

Considering the nature of accusation and the investigation already being concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria in connection with Sikty (Bardaha) P.S.
