The petitioner seeks bail in Ganga Bridge P.S. Case no. 18/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter was married with Meghnath Mahto. He got information on 20.02.2015 that his daughter was killed and dead body was thrown. It is submitted that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. He has no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
