JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 15-07-2024 At the very outset, Mr. Rajiv Ranjan Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already given the no-objection certificate to the petitioner because he appears for the Hon'ble Chancellor.

2. Learned counsel for the University submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and per his information some payments have also been made to him.

3. In view of the aforesaid, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent nos.1 & 2 for any unpaid dues within a period of four weeks. Respondent nos.1 & 2 are
