Petitioner seeks bail in Imamganj P.S. Case No.166 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2019. Name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Yogendra Yadav. It is alleged in the written report that father of the informant had gone with Dinesh Paswan and Uday Paswan. In the morning, the informant received information on his Whatsapp that his father Mahesh Paswan is dead and has been taken to hospital for postmortem.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39115 of 2019(3) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No.166 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
