JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have hurled Bhala, causing injury on the neck of the informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and persons, from both sides sustained injury and the informant sustained simple injury, which is evident from perusal of Annexure-3 to this petition.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur.
