Mr. Nilendu Kuamr, learned counsel for the Madhubani Municipal Corporation by referring to the statements made in para nos. 4 and 5 to the supplementary counter affidavit submits that the entire amount has been paid to

Patna High Court CWJC No.8797 of 2020(7) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 the petitioner and his brother Durga Ram in their joint account no. 50536427511 of Allahabad Bank after submission of their application that they being the legal heirs of the deceased Mushar Ram are entitled to receive the benefits. He further contended that all the dues relating to provident fund, gratuity, leave encashment, arrears due to 5th pay revision commission and 10% arrears due to 6th pay revision commission have already stood paid to the petitioner and his brother on different dates.

Considering the averments made in the supplementary counter affidavit and the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Madhubani Municipal Corporation, the present writ application stands disposed of, as the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
