2. The present restoration application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 73725 of 2024, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 26.10.2024. By the said order, three weeks' time was allowed to file requisites of notice on opposite party no. 2.

3. Reasons, mentioned in the restoration petition, are accepted and this restoration petition is allowed, subject to condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) in the office of Patna High Court Legal Services
